To make the application process available for all, the Housing Authority of Malheur & Harney County application for the Housing Choice Section 8 Voucher Program, Public Housing Program and other affordable housing complexes that the Housing Authority owns or manages is available online on one single application. Please select either the English or Spanish Pre-Application (whichever you prefer) and fill out on your computer. You will then need to print and sign your application.
